WHISTLEBLOWING NOTICE (TO BE DISCLOSED TO EMPLOYEES (including by email, attaching the Whistleblowing Procedure) AND PUBLISHED ON SITE)

The Company, in order to implement the requirements of Legislative Decree 23/2024 on Whistleblowing, has adopted an internal reporting channel, shared with all the companies of the Veos Group, capable of guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report, the person involved and the person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the relevant documentation.

The management of the reporting channel, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has been entrusted to a person with the appropriate technical skills and with functional and hierarchical autonomy and independence from any other office within the entity.

This person is in charge of managing the internal reporting channel, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation.

The cases and operating rules for the submission of Whistleblowing Reports are set out in the Whistleblowing Management Procedure adopted by the Company, which also governs the process of receiving, analysing and processing them, guaranteeing full protection - in terms of both confidentiality and protection from retaliation - to the reporting persons.
