CISL is a confederation of trade unions that organises and protects employees, pensioners and the unemployed. The CISL office in Bergamo is located on Via Giovanni Carnovali, 88.
Inside the huge CISL complex, in the attic on the third floor, is the legal and operational headquarters of E.GEO.
In 2019, E.GEO installed the geothermal system for heating and cooling purposes with 700kW of geothermal energy generated by two WBT 350W high-temperature heat pumps (manufactured by Teon) fed by three 60m deep intake wells, one 60m deep return well and an outlet into the neighbouring irrigation ditch.
For practical reasons, the two heat pumps were installed outside, on the roof of the building.
