This residential building is a group of flats serving the oldest church in Gallarate, built around the 12th century.
It had a methane gas boiler for the production of heating and domestic hot water.
E.GEO has installed a geothermal system to replace the boiler for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water. The 40kW of geothermal energy are generated by one GSE- 40MS medium-low temperature heat pump fed by five 130m deep geothermal probes.
