This large residential complex consists of 21 flats. The existing technical room contained a methane boiler that generated a total power of 112kW for heating only. Separate boilers were used to produce DHW.
E.GEO has installed a geothermal system for the heating function only. 110kW of geothermal energy are generated by one WBT 115G (manufactured by Teon) fed by fourteen 130m deep geothermal probes.
In addition, an EIFS has been installed and doors and windows have been replaced.
