This large residential complex consists of 64 flats. A methane boiler generated 697kW for the production of heating and domestic hot water.
E.GEO has installed a 500kW geothermal system to replace the boiler for heating and domestic hot water production. The project included the installation of two WBT 250G fed by fifty 130m deep geothermal probes. In addition, an EIFS has been installed and doors and windows have been replaced.
