This large block consists of 36 flats. The existing technical room contained two methane boilers that generated a total power of 170kW for heating only. Separate boilers are used to produce DHW.
E.GEO has installed a geothermal system for the heating function only. 250kW of geothermal energy are generated by one WBT 250G (manufactured by Teon) fed by nineteen 140m deep geothermal probes.
