This block of flats is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Rangone (Modena, Italy). The building consists of 14 flats. The technical room contained a single boiler for heating and DHW production.
E.GEO has installed a geothermal system using groundwater. 120kW of geothermal energy are generated by two WBT 60W (manufactured by Teon) fed by one intake well and one return well. In addition, re-roofing and replacement of windows and doors were carried out.
