THE ASSOCIATION
UNAI is the oldest national association of flats managers established in Italy. It was founded in Rome on 19th February 1968 under the URAI (Unione Romana Amministratori Immobiliari) brand name with the aim of bringing together the professionals from Rome and its province. With a notarial deed of 23rd December 1993, the name was changed to UNAI and the association was extended at national level.
The registered office is in Rome, at the National Secretariat.
